1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of joinery and carpentry services by Pinzarium, the trading name of PINZARIUM LTD (Company Number: 16918502). By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Quotations
All quotations are provided free of charge and without obligation.
Validity Period
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Price Adjustments
Prices may change if additional work is required or site conditions differ.
3. Acceptance & Deposit
Acceptance of a quotation should be confirmed in writing (email is acceptable). For larger projects, we may require a deposit to secure your booking and cover initial material costs. Deposit amounts will be specified in the quotation.

Unless otherwise agreed, we will supply all materials necessary for the work. Material costs are included in our quotation. Customer-supplied materials must be delivered to site before the agreed start date and be of suitable quality.
6. Access & Site Conditions
You must provide adequate access to the work area and ensure the site is safe and ready for work. We should be informed of any hazards, asbestos, or other issues that may affect the work. Any delays caused by lack of access or site issues may result in additional charges.

Mon - Fri, 8am - 6pm
Weekends
Available by prior arrangement (may incur additional charges)
8. Variations
Any changes to the agreed work must be confirmed in writing. We will provide a revised quotation for any additional or changed work. Proceeding with variations indicates acceptance of the revised costs.
9. Payment Terms
For smaller jobs, payment is due upon completion. For larger projects, staged payments may be agreed.

10. Guarantee
12 Month Workmanship Guarantee
We guarantee our workmanship for 12 months from completion. This covers defects arising from our installation work.
The guarantee does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse or neglect
- Movement or settlement of the building
- Third-party interference with the work
11. Insurance
PINZARIUM LTD maintains appropriate public liability insurance. Details are available upon request.
12. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time before work begins. For cancellations after materials have been ordered or work has commenced, you may be liable for costs incurred. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellation.
13. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted work. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
14. Disputes
We aim to resolve any disputes amicably. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us immediately so we can address your concerns. These terms are governed by English law.
