Cancellation Before Work Begins
- Free cancellation at any time before work commences
- Full refund of any deposit paid within 5-10 business days
- No questions asked — we understand plans can change
- Simply contact us by phone or email to cancel
Cancellation After Work Starts
- Payment due for all work completed up to cancellation point
- Payment due for materials already ordered or purchased
- We will provide an itemised breakdown of costs incurred
- Any remaining deposit balance will be refunded
Non-Refundable Items
- Custom materials ordered specifically for your project
- Bespoke items made to your specifications
- Special order items that cannot be returned to suppliers
- Work already completed and signed off

We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and confirm the refund amount if applicable.
Processing
Refunds are processed via the original payment method. Stripe handles all payment processing securely.

Refunds typically arrive within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
About Deposits
For larger projects, we may request a deposit to secure your booking and cover initial material costs. Typical deposit amounts:
- •Small jobs (under £500): No deposit required
- •Medium jobs (£500-£2,000): 20-30% deposit
- •Large jobs (over £2,000): 30-50% deposit
Deposit requirements will be clearly communicated in your quote. The balance is due upon satisfactory completion of work.
